Day 212 Sunday July 31st

I was able to talk to Glenna for just a bit about her mission trip
to the Dominican Republic...looking forward to seeing the photos
and hearing more.

Day 211 Saturday July 30th

We welcomed Philip and Ashley home from a week of CTC Church Camp.

Heather worked at the Pullman Square Hot Dog Festival to help
raise money for Little Victories Animal Rescue Center.


Dad helping the kids make cookies for our Wayne County Fair 4-H project.

Steve introduced us to Nataniel and Amanda, their animals, and their
huge vegetable garden that I'll be working in for the rest of the Summer.

Day 208 Wednesday July 27th


Heather babysat so Mike and I could work in the Storehouse.
Mike filled boxes with groceries and carried them out to participant's cars,
while I worked in the clothing room sorting and hanging...a great evening.

Day 207 Tuesday July 26th

Our lucky clover's garden is growing!
We picked beans, squash, peppers, and cucumbers.

Day 206 Monday July 25th

Stephen Alexander's 5 month birthday!
He is starting to pull his knees up under his hips and will be crawling any day.
He has enough motor control of his hands now to grab
and hold on to the toy he wants and pulls hair...lol
He can sit up in his booster seat and loves standing in his walker.
When he gets excited, his arms and legs do a little dance.
His "I'm content" gaze melts his mommy's heart.
Weight: 17lbs 9oz

Trying t0 beat the heat wave by hanging
with some friends at the Huntington Mall.

I've become an organizing feign...trying desperately to create
some sort of order and routines in our life as the new school year approaches.

Philip has started running again.
I signed the kids up at the YMCA
so he can practice and the kids can swim.
